Client Policies & Service Agreement (2026)

1) Paid Consultation Required

All services begin with a paid consultation.

Consultations include a business assessment, service recommendations, and next steps.

βœ… Consultation payments are non-refundable.


2) Deposits & Payments

βœ… A deposit is required before work begins.

  • Standard Projects: 50% deposit to start
  • Remaining balance is due before final deliverables are released

No payment = no work begins.


3) Client Intake & Required Documents

Clients must complete:

  • Client Intake Form
  • Service scope confirmation
  • Submit required documents before service delivery begins

⏳ Project timelines do not start until payment and documents are received.


4) Communication Policy

Approved communication channels:

  • Email (preferred): nextlbsdc@gmail.com  
  • Scheduled calls / Zoom meetings
  • Messages/texts for scheduling only

🚫 No technical assistance or consulting will be provided via text or social media DM.

πŸ“Œ Response time: 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri)


5) Scheduling, Late Policy & No-Shows

Late Policy

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened.

No-Show Policy

Missed consultations with no notice are forfeited.

A new booking + payment is required to reschedule.


6) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.

Cancellations made under 24 hours may result in a rescheduling fee or forfeited session.


7) Turnaround Time & Project Timelines

Next Level Enterprises follows a 3-step service model:

All timelines depend on:

  • Client responsiveness
  • Document readiness
  • Agency processing timelines

8) Rush Services

Rush (same-day/next-day) requests are based on availability and may require an additional rush fee.


9) Revisions & Scope Changes

Minor revisions may be included depending on your package.

Major changes, new scope, or additional deliverables require a new quote.


10) No Refund Policy

Due to the customized nature of consulting services:

βœ… All payments are non-refundable once work has started.


11) Government & Certification Disclaimer

Next Level Enterprises provides professional support for compliance, certifications, proposals, and contracting readiness. 

However, government agencies make final approval decisions, not Next Level Enterprises.


12) Professional Conduct

We maintain a respectful, professional environment.

Next Level Enterprises reserves the right to discontinue service for disrespectful behavior, repeated missed appointments, or refusal to follow policies.


Agreement

By booking, paying, or receiving services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
